elcome to the site of Dr. Edward Neal, MD – author, translator and educator. Dr. Neal’s research examines the roots of classical Chinese acupuncture using direct translations of classical source texts, primarily the Huang Di Neijing Suwen 黃帝內經素問 and Huang Di Neijing Lingshu 黃帝內經靈樞. He is an Adjunct Professor in the School of Classical Chinese Medicine at the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. He is a founding member and Director of the International Society for the Study of Classical Acupuncture (ISSCA), and writes and lectures internationally on topics related to Neijing Classical Acupuncture.
